Pretty cool stuff -- this guy has finally managed to create an efficient (and safe) method of electrolyzing water for fuel. I'm sure there are some catches, but it seems on the up-and-up and a helluva lot safer than fuel cells: http://www.rratch.com/Misc/WaterFuel/WaterFuel.wmv
